November is here! We are coming up to the end of 2020 and it seems crazy that it’s already so late in the year. These last couple of months have really flown by and I’m starting to get excited for next year, but first, we need to get through the next two months. As always, a new month means I take some time to review my previous month’s goals, make any necessary adjustments, and then get busy setting my November 2020 goals. Before we get into November’s goals, let’s take a moment to go over how well I did with October’s goals. October goals reviewRead More →

Can you believe that October is here already? I don’t know about you, but it seems like the last few months have really flown by. Perhaps that is because we are now in autumn, which is my favorite season. Or perhaps it’s because I have been so busy lately that the days have been zooming by. Either way, it’s a new month and that means it’s time to assess my monthly goals, make any necessary adjustments, and get busy setting my October 2020 goals. If you haven’t started setting monthly goals, I highly recommend doing so. They really help you keep on track and sharingRead More →

Can you believe it’s September already? This year sure is flying by. September is the month that gives way to fall and is filled with plenty of fun activities too – or at least usually is, who knows what it will look like this year. This is when kids go back to school, or perhaps they are doing at-home learning. One thing that has helped me keep life a bit less chaotic is setting monthly goals. I started doing this back in 2018 and it made a huge difference. So, each month I set several goals and share them to keep myself accountable and toRead More →

August has arrived and that means it’s time to set up another month’s worth of goals. I don’t know about you, but July seemed to zoom by. One moment it was the beginning of the month and then suddenly the end of the month had arrived. In a way, a month that goes by quickly is good. It means you aren’t waiting desperately for every day to end. However, the way this month went by felt like I was in a constant race. But I digress. Each month, I set several goals that will keep me busy every day and work towards some long-term goals.Read More →

July has arrived and that means we are officially in the second half of 2020. This also means that we are solidly in summer, the kids are finally out of school and the weather is turning nicer – though some days it has been unseasonably hot already. You may find that life is getting busy, but that doesn’t mean you should skip setting monthly goals. Even just a few will keep you moving towards a greater long-term goal. For me, a new month means it’s time to set some goals. Before we get to my July 2020 goals, let’s take a minute to review howRead More →

Can you believe that it is already June? The sixth month of the year means the arrival of summer. This means warmer weather should be heading our way and that the garden season is finally starting in Northern Ontario. With the chaos of the previous months over, or at least dying down a bit, I am truly looking forward to seeing what June has in store. Plus it’s my birthday month! Before we go over my June 2020 goals, let’s take a moment to look back at how I did with my May goals. May goals review May was such an incredibly busy month! IRead More →

It’s hard to believe that May is already here. Despite everything that is going on in the world, the last few months have flown by and we are steadily approaching the middle of the year. However, unlike March, April was a solid month. Sure, there is still plenty of uncertainty in the air and some of us are still adjusting, but for me, everything fell into a rhythm. The arrival of a new month means it’s time to reassess my goals and tailor them to my needs. Before we get into my May 2020 goals, let’s take a moment to look over how I didRead More →

March was a crazy month, wasn’t it? This was by far the strangest and most unpredictable month. We all had setbacks to overcome, changes to embrace and a new way of life to adapt to. A lot of people struggled, while some had an easier time. Regardless of these life-changing times, we will get through it. I know a lot of people set monthly goals and will likely be disappointed that they didn’t reach them this month. Don’t worry about it. Be happy with what you did get done, no matter how big or little it was. I know I also had to adjust toRead More →

Can you believe that March is here? The months are starting to go by a bit faster again and I think that has everything to do with the added daylight. This is a good time of the year as winter is loosening its grip and there is more to do outside. Of course, where we live, it will be quite a while before the winter weather leaves, but it’s exciting nonetheless. With the arrival of each month, comes a new opportunity to set some new goals and work towards a number of things. Before we take a look at my March 2020 goals, I’d likeRead More →

Just like that February has arrived. January was quite a month, and I’m sure many people will agree that it felt significantly longer than it actually was. The start of the year either goes by super fast or drags on. This was one of those slower times, but it’s over now. One of the things I look forward to with the arrival of each month of reviewing the previous month’s goals and setting new ones for the current month. Before we take a look at my February 2020 goals, I’d like to take a moment to share how I did with January’s goals. January GoalsRead More →
