30 day fitness challenge results

Last month I decided to do a 30-day fitness challenge. Part of the reason for this was to try to get back into shape. The second reason was to see whether these challenges actually work or not. There are quite a few 30-day challenges out there. Some are for photography, others for cooking and there are a large number of fitness ones.
